This business is every nervous parents' dream. Dr. Mike is absolutely gifted in so many ways in what he does and how he handles the kids. One of the big things that stuck out for me was, when we were new...he talked to me about what exactly to expect in any kind of scenario. We came from another local pediatric dentist and had a negative experience. So as a mom, I was very apprehensive and nervous coming in, for fear in getting the same treatment. But what made the difference was that Dr. Mike talked ot me UNTIL I wasn't scared anymore. He is very good at reading body language. I was put at ease and I actually cried becasue nobody in any medical profession could ever put me at ease like this before. We don't get as nervous when it's about ourselves normally...but when it's our kids...we sometimes would just rather build a brick wall around them so they never have to experience anything negative. My daughter has had numerous young cavities done and she still counts the days down until she gets to go back. AMAZING! That says it all! We love this place!Have to add another thing. My daighter loves Silly Sally. She likes everyone she has met there, but Silly Sally has had her the most in checkups and my daughter just loves her too!
