Winn-Dixie

Moved near this store about one year ago. Used to live near another Winn-Dixie, and that other store, the staff and managers were, uh, well, I stopped going. But, THIS Winn-Dixie, the staff, every-single-one-of-them, they are professional yet FUN, know what they are doing, but enjoy what they do... simply the best of every combination. As a former retail store manager, I wish I had eash of these as my Assistant Managers. They all deserve a raise or bonus. I really enjoy shopping here, and the products are great, prices are fantastic, but you simply can't beat the wonderful folks that work so hard at this Ariana location. I'm moving in a few months, and I'll miss the great folks at this store. Thanks to all of you for all your hard work. My wife called me on the was home from work to pick up a cake for our daughter's party. I usually use Publix, but I was close to this store and had my reserves about it. I went in to the Bakery and the Lora really took time with me to decide on what type of cake to get for her. I felt like she cared about my daughter's happiness. We decided on the Princess and frog cake.All I have to say is my mind was really changed about Winn-Dixie. Are customers just an annoyance? The Winn-Dixie Ariana store... the pharmacy, or to be specific, the ever-so-unpleasant and generally rude Mr. Nilesh Patel, will assuredly fill your prescription in a manner in which you will wish you never went to that store in the first place. I used this pharmacy for a few months, and, now, I just go down the road a bit to another pharmacy where the prices are about the same, but you won't be treated so poorly. I did my best to be understanding and patient with this man, but, enough is enough. He seems to hate his job, and he seems to find customers just an annoyance. If you are concerned about Rx prices and wait time, there are several other close-by locations which have essentially the same prices, and short wait times. A few months of having to deal with Nilesh Patel was enough for me. While its the closest store and pharmacy to where I live, I'd rather drive an hour simply to avoid being treated so poorly by Mr. Patel. Wow, he's amazingly mean, inconsiderate, and generally a very unpleasant person.
