My visit was good, I have been a patient for many years. However, the new e-mail notification was handled poorly. because I didn't have an e-mail on file, I wasn't called when I was due, my husband was also not called, which was the way we were previously notified. We should have been told either by phone or mail that this was the new way and an e-mail was needed, it was poor planning on some ones part. However, I am very pleased with the dentist so you haven't lost me or my family but maybe you will lose others.
