Wasted time 9/7/2011

I made an appointment for a cleaning at this office. This would have been the second time I had been seen and had a cleaning at this office. I took time off work to make my schedualed appointment, when I got to the office and signed in, I was told I was not on the schedual for that time and day or any other time. I had called and made the appointment two week earlier. You wasted my time and I also lost a days pay to make that appointment. There are to many other dentest in this area for anyone to be jerked around as you did me. Thanks for nothing and please take me off your email list. more

I went in to have two teeth extracted and was first greeted by a wonderful desk staff then met with the dentist who actually took time to not just talk to me but explained all my options. I will be and now do consider them as my only dentist office more

Going to dentist can be a good experience 8/25/2011

I'm always impressed with the Windcrest Cosmetic & General Dentistry Center. I got there 1/2 hour early, but was taken anyway. Dr. Wright inspires confidence. He's friendly, respectful, businesslike, competent. He explains things and readily answers questions. I would recommend this dentist highly. more

I'm always greeted with warm smiles and friendly "hellos" by the staff. The hygenist always provides a fantastic professional cleaning. The dentist is cute too! Too bad he's married. more

The Hygenist was ready for me as soon as I go there. No waiing. She had reviewed my chart and knew all about my previous tooth aliments and was very kind and gentle. Dr. came in after she was done and announced "No cavities". more

I went in for a cavity to be filled and Dr. Wright was awesome!! He made me fell at ease and did the work in record time and I was good as new that afternoon!! more

you guys are the best. the be st cleaning i have ever had and the pleasantness of the staff was so overwhelming and so soothing. I hate going to the dentist and this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had, fromt the front desk to the hygenist, to the dentist. Thanks for making this such a good experience. more
