The doctor is crazy in a good way. He is very nice and always let you know what is going on, just keep you inform. I love how he is straight forward and let you know what is going...

When we walk in, all the time, they always treat you with a friendly smile. They have a game room and you have the option to play the games. The staff here is very patient with you and they tell you exactly what they are going to do. A cool incentive is, if you take care of your teeth well, you get tokens and you put it in your personal little bank. If you have enough tokens, you’re allowed to spin a prize wheel. That is a really cool incentive.\r more

I went to see a dentist 5/23/2014

I went to see a dentist that is also an orthodontist; he did not really know how to do orthodontist. It was weird. And our dentist, recommended Dr. Wilson. We came in for a consultation, and Dr. Wilson looked at our teeth and he took us we were going the wrong direction and gave us recommendation because he wanted to give us his personal option of what would be best for us. So, we decided to come to his office, and he was able to take off the old braces and gave me a new one. We saw a huge difference and now I have a pretty smile. more

"As an adult, deciding to get braces can be a hard decision. Dr. Wilson really helped me understand why I needed them, and what he could do to help me. I have had them on for only 8 months of the 24 that I will be wearing them. The results I have seen are AMAZING!! \r \r Even as an adult, I am blown away by all of the cool things that Dr. Wilson and his staff have going on for their patients. It's a great environment with lots of contests and fun!\r \r I had 2 of the best dentists in town tell me that if they were getting braces for someone in their family, they would choose Dr. Wilson...now that is a referral!!!" more

The staff has been wonderful to work with and returned all calls. We had a wonderful experience with the staff and Dr.Wilson. My child was very comfortable. He enjoyed the DAWG room. He didn't get to spend much time there since they got us in quickly. It is very kid friendly.My friends were very impressed with the office. We look forward to a rewarding and beautiful smile.\r more

This is a comment to address Rachel W. response on 3/30/11. Rachel, we appreciate all the kind words and your satisfaction with the orthodontic treatment that is being rendered. We also thank you for your constructive feedback that you gave us about our financial department. It's comments like these that bring to our attention areas in our practice that we can improve on. I would like to let you know that the lady you have had this experience with is no longer with us....In fact, we wanted to really develop a STRONG financial department so that no more of these issues would come up and I'm pleased to let you know that we have hired two previous bank managers who have been a blessing to our practice and have really taken this department to a new level. We love Dr. Wilson. He is the best. He's kind, thorough, gives clear explanations, and unlike some Dr.s still treats parents with respect and includes them with detailed information regarding treatment. We love the staff, they helped us in a crisis when we need to find a pediatric dentist in an emergency when we were hosting an orphan from Russia for Christmas. They called the dentist and we were in to their office in an hour. So grateful to have found Dr. Wilson and staff. Our only bump in the road was with miscommunication with the Financial Sec. several times at the beginning of treatment. She kept having the insurance send payment to their office when we had already paid them in full and needed to be reimbursed. Tried to explain to her multiple times that the insurance just needed notification from her office that we had paid in full and then they would mail payment to us and not her. She had sent them notice that her office was to receive payment. She never corrected it. Several t more

My first visit 12/23/2010

I was amazed out how pretty the office was and I had fun playing on the video games in the game room. I was nervous that the braces would hurt when they put them on my teeth, but it didn't at all. The people were really nice and comforting to me. I am excited about my tokens that I received and will get so that I can spin the wheel. I love my braces! ---Madison (9 years old) more

First Time Visit 12/23/2010

My son visited Dr. Wilson for a consultation. We had a great visit. He felt comfortable during the entire visit. We learned that he is missing teeth but was put at ease with knowing we have options when the time comes. He was fitted for a retainer and was able to choose a cool color of camoflage. I am very pleased with Dr. Wilson's office and staff. My children love it to because they can play video games. Visiting the office is more than a visit, it is fun too! His staff are always very friendly and polite and they make my son's feel at ease about going for their visits. more

Great Experience 12/20/2010

Brady has been seen at both the Hoschton and the Gainesville ofc. I have never had any problems with either office. The office staff is always very professional and friendly. Brady treatment is amazing in the short amount of time he has had his braces. I love that the visits are spread out, as I work and it's hard to get off work. Your staff has been very helpful with appointment days and times for me to get him in to see you. Dr and Staff are very good at explaining treatment and what is being done and what needs to be done to complete treatment. I recomend you to many people. Keep up the good work... more
