Bought A Pool - Awesome Service 11/12/2011

I am a little surprised at some of the comments. I have bought 2 pools from Willow Park (at two different houses) and can only say positive things about them. They are the most knowledgeable in the area. Going to be purchasing a spa from them and am expecting the same excellent service that I have had in the past. more

Poor Service and Don't Care About Customers. 7/27/2011

Purchased a pool and had nothing but problems. The owners son is the worst person to do business with and he does not care about the people in this community. Once they had our cash they basically told us to go screw, the subcontractor they recommend did a horrible job. I will never use this company for anything... Just do your self a favor and don't believe the positive reviews. Stay far away from this JOKER. more

The people in this store are rude and quick to dismiss you. If you want good service than make sure you do not pay them until you ask all your questions. Once you pay them is like you are now a plague and they want nothing to do with you thank you for all the help with my project .. Word of advise go some where that is truly helpful more

Agreed Very poor products and communication 7/12/2011

I will never do business with them again. They sell you whatever they can... they sell you poor products and don't care about you after the check clears.. some way to do business ... I had to go to a different place to get my spa fixed which was damaged by them by... this company should not be in business I should have just bought it off the internet ................. so much for buying local the by way F_ U_very_much!!!! and thanks for your help... more

best pool store around, great prices, great service, purchased a 24' 15yr warranty cover, it's so much nicer than our last one from another store, next a hot tub!! more

Happy Customer! 9/16/2010

My wife and I just completed our backyard project, i.e paver patio, firepit, hot tub, etc. We had a hot tub installed from Willow Park. They are helpful, knowledge, professional. They really went above and beyound our expetations. They work closely with our landscper to make sure the there was no problems with our landscaping project. We are very happy. Can't wait to be in the tub when it's snowing. We would recommend Willow Park to anybody. more

Love my In-ground Pool 8/28/2010

We had Willow Park Pools build our In-ground pool, and can't say enough. They are professional, and did everything they said they would do. If your looking to have an In-ground pool they should be on your short list. more

Great Place 8/27/2010

I went to Willow Park for parts a couple years ago and I just keep going back. The guys were well knowledge with a ton of experience. They are by far the best pool place around. I been to all the places around the area and they seem to know everything. Their part selection is the best in the Lehigh Valley and if they don't have an item in stock, they have a great turn around time. more

Very poor products and communication 5/22/2010

Bought a winter pool cover with a 15 year warranty and got 1 year out of it. Will say anything to make a sale-then blame it on manufacturer. I will never go back. Out of stock on alot of parts. This is ONLY MY OPINION. Cons: poor quality products more

Willow park pools & Spas is a great company to buy from. My wife and I bought a spa a few months back and we love it. I would recommend willow park pools to anyone. Pros: Great product, knowledgeable people Cons: none that I could see more

Best Place To Buy a Spa 9/25/2009

We recently bought a spa from Willow Park Pools & Spas. I can say they are by far the best around. We shopped at over 6 different places. Some good, but mostly bad. From the time we walked in all the way to the delivery they were professional in every manner. If you are looking at buying a spa go there. You will not be disappointed. Pros: Best Place To Buy a Spa Cons: High price, but the best spas. more
