We have been boarding our dogs with Sandy and Jim for almost 10 years. I would not go anywhere else. Even when we moved which put us about 40 minutes away and even though there are a couple of kennels closer we still board our dogs at Willow Branch. Jim & Sandy know our dogs and have bent over backwards to make sure they have a comfortable stay. We always get feedback from them on how the stay went. We recommed this facility highly. more

Great Kennel, Great Owners 12/6/2011

I'm very happy with Willow Branch Kennel and would highly recommend their boarding services. I've been taking my dog there for two years and have always had a good experience. Sandy and Jim treat my dog like one of their own. It is obvious to me that they love dogs by the way they remember my dog's name and personality and joyfully receive him each visit and always have a few words about how he did when I pick him up. My dog always seems to enjoy going there. I feel comfortable and confident in their treatment of each animal entrusted to them and will continue to use Willow Branch as often as possible. more

We have been taking our Westie, Maggie to Willow Branch for around 9 years now. Jim and Sandy are great with the dogs, and I can leave for vacation knowing Maggie is in good hands. more

Great Place to be Sued. 10/28/2010

Decatur Police Dept. boarded two K-9 dogs here. The owner ignored their warning to leave the dogs alone and went to "love on them" at which time she was bitten. She then filed suit against the officers who handle the dogs, City of Decatur, and Decatur Police Dept. Piatt County Case number 2008L5. more

Room to Run! 6/3/2009

Great Kennel for our Lab. Has loved it there over the last 6 years. Great owners on site. Best Kennel in Decatur, Monticello and Champaign area...well worth a short drive to Cisco. We even get a Holiday card with our precious pup's picture. If you love your pet, take them to Willow Branch and they will love you too! more
