great company to work with 9/6/2007

I worked with willis ventures on a co-brokered deal and really enjoyed working with dan willis, the senior partner. he was honest, straightforward and efficient in his brokerage. the client had difficulty obtaining the loan needed to finance the deal, but dan was very helpful in finding the sufficient loan. great website too. more

Best investment RE company in the Bay Area 9/6/2007

If you are looking for the best RE investment company in the Bay Area, you found it. So many other brokerage firms hassle their clients with forms it takes so long to get anywhere. They helped me find a great triple net property for my exchange in a timely manner, and someone was always available to help. Extremely friendly administrators/support staff, and agents who know what they are doing. It was a pleasure working with them. more
