Bill completed 3 projects for me in the past year. Over $70,000 of renovations. The work was first class. He handled all sub-contractors and payment's. Since I still work full time I could not be there to oversee the project. Gave Bill the key to my home, You would never have known work was being done. The house was spotless. Many times contractors put a percentage on sub's pricing when running a job. Bill did not. All sub contractors submitted proposals. Bill made numerous trips, on his own time, to make sure everything was going as planned. Came by every day. I asked Bill for referrals, he brought me into his office and showed me a file cabinet full of jobs he had done since 1986. Told me to call anybody I want. As many as I want. I did! Called 30 customers at random. Every person I called had nothing but great things to say about him. more

Due to numerous cancellations on the part of Mr. Rousell, for work that was not prepared correctly by plumber Mr. Rousell hired. I had to start and leave his project on 4 separate occasions. I delivered material and shower niches to job site. Not knowing these problems were going to arise, I lost 4 weeks work due to this. I told Mr. Rousell he would have to wait till my schedule cleared up and I could make up for lost time. This didn't cost Mr. Rousell any money or time. In fact Mr. Rousell called to cancel on a Sunday night at 9:30 pm for a Monday morning start. I still have the balance of Mr. Rousells deposit. I've never taken anyones money. I'm going to send it back to him, despite the lies he wrote in his review. There are alot of things I could say about Mr. Rousell, but I'm above and beyond that. The best review I get are from my customers of over 35 years. They tell thier families and friends. Thats really all that matters. more

Bill has been my tileman for over 20 years. He just completed in the fall a beautifull bathroom renovation for me. I gave him over $8000 in deposits. He is trustworthy and honest. He has done countless projects for my family and friends. He also donates his time to familys in need and local kids. Anyone in Glenside who Bill has worked for will attest to his workmanship and integrity. more

DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON! I hired this Contractor to tile my masterbath room almost a year ago and he never did the work. He wanted half the contract price up front, I should have smelled a rat then. I gave him $1500 initial payment and another $1500 when he finally showed up to start the job. but he found a reason to leave the job after he got the check. He won't come back. Now I am forced to sue him in small claims court. Search his name in the montgomery County Prothonotary Website and see what comes up. I wish I would have known about this before I hired him. I won't get my money back, too many people in line ahead of me. Please don't make the same mistake I did. more
