I am extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which I was notified of a price increase to $48 for a prior scheduled hair color touchup service, which usually runs $39. I do not mind paying the increased price as long as I am informed IN ADVANCE that there will be a price upcharge. I had scheduled a service at the regularly schedule price of $39 and expected to pay that price. In today's economy, it is unsatisfactory, to say the least, to find out that upon checking out, the price you expected to pay has been increased and you are now required to pay more than expected. No one informed me of this new price change until after the service was completed and I was ready to pay at check out. Please inform customers before hand if there are any new price increases that will affect the price the customer must pay for a particular service; otherwise the customer is caught in a no win situation. This is not a good business practice.
