I moved here in October of 2009 - my ceiling leaked from the tub - It's now May 2010 and I still have use of only one bathroom and a hole in my ceiling. My last neighbor was also cooking meth and moved out at 2:00 am after only being there for three months. This weekend - the kids were playing outside and a male tenant came out wearing nothing but his socks and was masturbating in front of small children. We will see what they do about this!!! more

Wildwood Springs has been the most unsuitable living environment for me and my family since day 1. Our first summer here we got to get in the pool 2x's due to their "pool control policy". Our first neighbors were cooking crystalmeth and management expressed a complete disinterest in this problem and never did anything about it. The cops watch our apts and their are constant drug busts. A tenant was arrested twice from his home in a 24 hour period for assault and was not evicted for these arrests, but if you're late on your rent 2x's they will evict you. Mgmt has changed out 5x's in less than a 2 year period. We have a busted window that we reported 3x's since June of 2009. It is now Feb. 2010, and nothing has been done about it. more
