Great yoga studio! 7/29/2009

Great yoga studio, hands-down. Wide variety of classes. I've taken classes with Amy, Sean and Bill and they were all great. I'm a beginner with some physical limitations (neck and back issues) and I feel totally comfortable here. They always tell everyone at the beginning of the class to go at our own pace, listen to our bodies, etc, which makes me feel good and establishes the non-competitive atmosphere. I highly recommend ""Floating Lotus"" which is all guided relaxation, breathing, and slow stretching - I feel so relaxed afterwords! Wild Lotus has a lot of special workshops and visiting teachers, which I think is really awesome. They also have a ""soul school"" to teach yoga instructors. Pros: tons of classes, great teachers, non-competitive atmosphere Cons: no parking more
