From the moment I entered the dental office on Doyle Street, I felt pampered. Helen greeted me from the front desk with a welcoming smile and an offer of refreshments. I scarcely had time to settle into a waiting room chair before my turn for services arrived. Kristin prepared me for my consultation with and examination by Dr. Wilbanks. She was very friendly; she explained everything she did and made me feel at ease. Dr. Wilbanks took the time to review my file and discuss my background before beginning his exam. He was very patient and thorough. I immediately trusted him and felt confident that I had made the right choice in coming to his practice. Afterwards, Kristin led me to another room for x-rays; then, she introduced me to and passed me on to Lin. Lin did an excellent job of explaining why she did each part of her cleaning procedure, and I enjoyed viewing her work as her movements were shown on the computer screen by my chair. I got a brief informative lesson about teeth as she pointed out areas of my teeth surfaces. Next, Dr. Wilbanks visited again to discuss the x-rays and future treatment. My visit ended with pampering as well: Helen handed me a bundle of beautiful fresh-cut flowers. I was impressed by all the up-to-date equipment and technology being used and the lovely surroundings (Pink roses in the restroom!), but the professional and friendly people are what will bring me back. more

Helen is the master of scheduling, The whole staff is wonderful: Lynn is the best super dental hygienist (Sandra's great as well, but I've only seen her a couple of times).
