This is friendly service at a fair price with unparalleled honesty. You can totally trust your car with them. We have never had bad advice. Service is always accurate and prompt. They do everything they can to help you when you have an emergency need and don't have an appointment. They know both their customers and their vehicles. They give you good estimates as to how much time might be left on your brakes or tires and never try to sell you something you don't need. This is a rare find and we are proud to recommend them. Pros: honesty, friendliness, accuracy, fair prices Cons: parking lot is tight because they are always busy but they help you maneuver more

Fair price, good work 8/1/2007

I have been going to Wil Ridge for several years and they do great work for much cheaper than the dealership. I have never had them recommend a repair that wasn't necessary. People there are very friendly. If I had one complaint it would be that they don't clean up the car before they give it to you. The steering wheel always has the feeling that mechanic hands were just on it. That's a minor complaint. Pros: will give you a ride where you need to go Cons: mechanic hands more

This is the absolute worst place to take your car. The day after I took it there, my stick shift broke, and another mechanic revealed that it had been unscrewed. I am in the business field, and that is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. more
