Whitmire Chiropractic Ctr

I have been a patient of Dr. Whitmire an Dr. Cate Lewis for many years. Unfortunately I have been in a couple car wrecks, I have had 2 Brain surgies, my neck fused an some back issues. I have to say without these 2 Dr.'s helping with my pain I think I would be laying in bed all the time. Each of them are very professional, they listen to me when I tell them where my pain is steming from because it varies. Sometimes my appointment takes longer then most an they work on me till my pain is at ease. I DEFINATELY would an always do recommend either of these chiropractors to my friends an family. more

This is in response to Rachel,the mother of two girls who were treated at the clinic on a recent Saturday. Our Saturday schedule and office staff (I work alone) differ from the rest of the week. \r Their actual treatment time including checkout was 30 minutes. Rachel relayed her own issues as well as her daughters but, she had cancelled her own new patient appointment. The younger daughter's initial visit was $47.50. The older daughter's initial visit cost $65.00. Rachel makes it sound in the below review that she was seen as the patient. (Not as a paying patient) Rachel cancelled her own appointment and asked that her younger daughter be treated and assessed in her place along with the older daughter. \r Rachel seemed interested in knowing about the recommended products I tested and suggested for each of the two girls and for herself. I did not adjust Rachel as I did the girls, but did test her for a specific product after she had discussed her issue with me along with her daughters issues as the girls were being adjusted. Rachel was given the information booklet from Standard Process so that she could peruse it at her leisure. Rachel informed me the following Tuesday that she felt I did not ask her daughters' their issues directly. I felt that Rachel had done an excellent job in relaying what she wanted addressed with her children as well as with herself. \r A child's visit tends to take less time as they do not have the accumulated issues that adults have. Rachel left the office with 4 products for the THREE of them along with two new patient charges. The reason I bring up the pricing is due to her review on YELP. more

I went with normal expectations, but was very disappointed. Starting with the receptionist, and continuing on with Dr. Lewis, their manner was rude and disrespectful. Dr.Lewis spent a total of 6 minutes with me, and this was my initial visit. She never looked at the paperwork I filled out describing my health concerns. For the title of ""initial visit"" and for the price of $65, I was hoping for more than 6 minutes and no relief from my pain. I would not recommend this chiropractor, there are many other quality, caring chiropractors to go to. more
