Chipped filling 8/8/2011

Had to wait 30 minutes after calling first to see if I should wait or come right now (I live nearby). When I went to the desk, no one spoke to me for awhile, so I just sat down. I know everyone is busy up front, but someone could have just said 'hello, we'll be right with you.' Otherwise, Dr. Dunlap is a wonderful dentist, he gave great advice, and I feel my dental care is the best. more

I just wanted to say if you are looking for a great dentist no need to look any further. I had the best experience from the time I walked in the door until I left. I have never had such a gentle and fast cleaning. I also had to have several cavities redone from a previous location and Dr. Dunlop really took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable with my treatment!! That is the way business should be done, Thank you so much to the staff at Dr. Whitlow's office:) more

denture implants 7/14/2011

Best looking teeth i have ever had. With no partial denture i can eat all food with no problem. I can eat better now than i could 25 years ago. Doctor Ryan Dunlop is the only dentist to consider me a candidate for implants in Fresno more

Dental app't 6/29/2011

I actually will only go to Dr Whitlow, he understands my fears and tells me exactly what I need to do to deal with the problem. I like the hygienst and I think she takes ample time to work with me and does a great job of cleaning my teeth. She gives me info on "how things can be done as in flossing on teeth that are very tight. more

Visit to Dentist! 5/23/2011

This visit went very well. I was taken in very quickly and never left alone for long periods of time. It did take 3 hours but I had two procedures done and I figured it would be a long visit. Plus, Dr. was busy and I heard a woman came in with a problem which I understand as I have been there before!! As always---Becky and Julie were their wonderful selves and made everyone in the lobby feel very much at home!! more

Great Experience 5/10/2011

As you guys know I have only raves to say about your staff and treatment. My one feedback item is that taking a patient in ON-TIME can be improved. Also chair waiting time is excessive at times. As you know, I usually take the first appointment in the AM which is 815. I don't think I have ever been taken back before 830 and often 845. Available reading material in the treatment rooms would also help and make the time less burdensome. I believe respect for the patients time is crucial in good treatment and handling. Thanks more

Check up 4/15/2011

Was very pleased with implant proceedures and looking forward to getting last tooth in place. Dr Doogie is the greatest. I do not have the anxiety as I have in the past, but we will see what happens the next time he has to do any drilling....... more
