All of these negotive reviews all come from people who didnt make their payments. How is this Whitestone's fault? You dont pay....what are they suposed to do? Seems simple enough to me. Also sounds as if they gave yall the xtra chances to continue doing buisness with them when nobody else would touch you at all. They have been absolutely fabulous with my auto loan! Potential clients, please look at the common denominator.....people who dont pay their bills but expect to keep driving around town in a car not paid for! Thank-you Whitestone! more

We noticed a couple of bad reviews here concerning Whitestone. I guess after over 6,000 customers later if we have made it on here only twice we must be doing something right. We would encourage anyone reading such derogatory comments to check us out with the Better Business Bureau. You'll find out that no complaint has gone unanswered. In the world of secondary auto finance our customers are trying to establish and/or re-establish credit. They are at a point where finance options are limited. In some cases when customers can't keep the promises they make they sound out in the negative. We work hard to work with people but working hard with people doesn't always mean that it's always on their terms and that's where the problem comes in at times. Auto dealers do go out of business. Unfortunately we can't help that. In relation to the Piedmont comment we have helped many of those damaged in this instance to obtain proper tags and registration at our expense. My husband purchased a vehicle from whitestone financial big mistake these people will not work with you at all, im not saying its ok to default on bills but we where 2 days late on paying are car note if you can help it dont shop with them trust me nightmare. more
