I live with my elderly parents and rent a couple of houses so I seem to always need a plumber for a leak or tofix a broken faucet or something. I've played around witha lot of jokers around town and have always felt like I was geting dinged for more monney than what I was quoted. This didnt happen when I called White Knight! They quoted me a price on fixing my faucet and didnt charge me for the cartridge (whatever that is( that was causing my dads kitchen faucet to leak, while they were there they inspectd his water heater and found out it had a broken somethingon it, had the part in their truck and fixed it. I always worry about plumbers but not anymre. I have these guys schediled to do a water heater in 1 of my rentals and I want all my friends and family to make this company there plummers too.. Pros: Knew exactly what they were doing, didn't try to ding me more

Broken pipe in my bath upstairs, I had water leaking down the walls in the basement then boom, the ceiling fell in. I had called these guys when I got home from work, showed up pretty darn quick, everyone else I called said next day or 3-4 hours. When I talked to the office girl, she told me how to shut off the water main into my house, (wonderful) plumbers showed up, ripped out the ceiling and found out I had old rotted out cast iron pipes, fixed the pipe with new one, charged a whole $165 (deal) for an hour and now I've got them coming back to replace all the cast in the house. I had no idea that was why my water was always kinda reddish - it was rotted. I wont use anyone else, these guys are on the ball, reasonable and I feel like I got my very own plumber now. Pros: quick, called on the job 2 hours later, saved my basement Cons: None! more

I called White Knight because they had the most reviews, so I was curious and I needed some serious help. The guys that came out were efficient, explained the problem to me, fixed the problem and were all around good guys. I asked and got 20 extra business cards to pass around at work, it is so hard to find someone trustworthy, but these guys are. They even took american express as payment! Figures, my reset button didn't work the night before, I guess I seized it up they said. My faucets were too old to fix and from Home Depot, I got a book from James on Moen and 2 days later they came and put in a new faucet for me. I went and got a garbage disposal from Lowes, James looked at at and gave me a price on a Badger that was cheaper than what I paid at Lowes, so i took it back, now I have a warranty from the plumbers and a higher hp than what I was gonna get. I highly recommend these guys, they were fast, reasonable and didn't try to sell me everything in the house. The gal in the office even answers the phone at 8:30 on a Sunday night, not a whole lot of that customer service like that anywhere anymore. Pros: Intelligent, had master license and apprentice licenses in wallet, very impressed Cons: They wanted to come at 8, couldn't break away from work, so they came at 2 more

Yup, I had a plugged up sink, had leaking faucets and a water heater that was 80 years old (only30, but acted 80) Chris & James came up and they were my White Knights! I am trying everything I can to do my part i going green, and with these guys, I AM! They installed a tankless water heater (since I live alone why am I keeping hot water heated in a stupid tank) ran the new gas line for it and I am HAPPY! Fixed my leaking faucets, replaced a wax ring under my toilet, brought in another company they sub to to clear my lines -I had 4 guys running around my house and they were all professional, nice and clean!!! Don't you dare call anyother company, these guys are the guys you want. I felt very comfortable with my bill, which I paid on my credit card, no problem. THESE GUYS ARE MAGNIFICENT!!!! Pros: On time, quick, clean, honest Cons: took a little bit longer than i thought it would but when I saw what they did, not enough time.! Impressive more

I think my daughter went gaga over how cute the apprentice is! James told me that I had a problem with my air conditioner too, (above and beyond) there was water leaking under it and he made sure it wasn't my water heater. I called on Tuesday, set up for Wednesday at 3, and they were here at 3! Pros: On time! Reasonable, honest and fast. more

I'm just a single mom trying to keep ends together and when I didn't have any hot water I freaked.. Looked these guys up on city search, they came out the next morning and replaced a gas valve. I was afraid another thousand dollars on my already tight budget was gone, it wasn't. I got a new customer discount (10%) off and they replaced a cartridge on my faucet that was leaking. When I asked why i wasn't charged for the cartridge they told me licensed plumbers get the cartridges for free. something for free, i couldn't believe it, last time I had a leaking faucet (5 or so years ago) I paid over $100. I am impressed. Pros: got here next day, didn't charge too much - i am impressed........... more
