I purchase a squall snow blower from them. After my 1st use the motor ceased up. They had it the rest of the winter.
They replaced the motor and we got it back just in time for spring. Used it two times the following winter and it ceased up again. We took it back to them again and they said they forgot to tighten something. We got to use it one time after that then put it away for the season. We got it out of the garage to use this winter and it ceased up again! We took it in again they said they would call us within a week, Three weeks later I went in to see what they found out since I never recv'd a phone call. I spoke to TJ and a half an hour later he came back from the service area with a shredded belt and said this was the problem. I told him I guess I have to believe him. But I don't want a machine that won't keep a belt on it either! He said the best he could do is to try to sell it for me. For less then I paid for it. I am very dissatisfied with their product and their service. I bought it 3 winters ago and it's been nothing but problems. I paid a lot of money for something that they have had in their shop for longer then I have gotten to use it! I would recommend you to buy from sears, If your not happy sears will give you your money back. We Will Never purchase ANYTHING from them again! I wanted to purchase locally to keep the economy going but It is sad that the local guys (Wheels and Blades) won't take care of the Local customers!
