I always procrastinate getting clothes ready for an event and they always seem to come to the rescue whenever I need them. Not only are they always on time but my clothes look so good. They can hem your pants just as fast too. . .I love them Pros: They've been my life saver for all my cleaing needs Cons: ALWAYS on time and my clothes look like new more

Difficult Customer Service over phone 1/22/2010

I called to get a price quote for a men's wool peacoat. After asking me 3-4 questions about the coat, the woman on the line said she could not give me a quote. I asked for a general price range and she said she did not know what I was talked about. I kindly requested she confer with another employee and she refused. I will not be a customer with this kind of unwillingness. Cons: language barrier, unwilling service more

5 Star Dry Cleaners 11/4/2009

I use to live in the area of the cleaners and ended up moving to Littleton but I still find time to bring my clothes up there. I've never had a cleaners do so well on my clothes w/such good customer service as well. Pros: the clothes are perfect, and the customer service is 5 star more
