My entire family sees Dr. Goolsby, he and the staff are so very nice and caring, they work great hours to So you can go before or after work They provide very good professional care us and everyone there are all very compassionate And listens to all your concerns. I was charged for a missed appointment as a result of a death in my immediate family- after giving 24+ hours notice! Needless to say, the 10+ patients that recommended them, found it equally as ridiculous and will be leaving with me. Either their receptionist didn't do her job that day or they just have no respect for their patients. more

Dr. Goolsby did not seem to care that I was uncomfortable. I don't expect to have a good time at the dentist but I like to me made a comfortable as possible. The office is outdated. I will admit that I have very high expectation when it comes to medical offices, his office was clean but I feel like I was in the 80's. Needless to say I am no longer a patient. more

I was the first member of my family to visit Westside Dental. My husband soon switched dentists and when our daughter turned 3 she made her first visit. The office staff is very friendly and understanding. We have two dental policies and it is always a struggle to make them both pay but the office staff is very accommodating and never forces us to pay until after the insurance situation is resolved. The hygienists are very friendly and professional. When I took our daughter to have her teeth cleaned the first time she was terrified. The hygienist suggested my daughter sit in my lap and that is where she sat during her entire cleaning and exam. The office has extended hours on some days so you don't have to take time off work for a trip to the dentist. more
