The staff at Westmont Shell noticed my front tires were in desperate need of replacement. They showed and explained to me the danger of operating the vechile with current tires. The went above and beyond by providing me with several options of different tires helping me find a solution that would fit my needs. I was able to gas up and had great service work done in one stop! I had a exploded tire out on the expressway and AAA contacted B&C Towing. It was a bit tricky because the state trooper would not let me stay in my truck and took me to the opposite side of the expressway , while my car sat in danger on the other side. The tow driver who came to get me was so great, He picked me up and then we went to load up my truck. He answered all the questions I had while on the cell with the tire place and he got me there quickly and safely. I was in a panic situation and I felt really safe and secure once the driver got there. I totally recommend these guys, they are really great. Their service was fast and reliable. I called my roadside assitance, they dispatched this company, B&C Towing of Westmont, IL. They came quick, got my car out of the parking lot so it wouldn't get towed by a different towing company to an impound lot (That's good). But they towed my car to a COMPLETELY different Auto Repair shop!!! They claimed they towed it where they did because it was closer, when in fact it was two miles FARTHER than the shop I had specified. Had to get it towed again to my trusted repair shop! It could of gotten towed away, since I didn't make pre-arrangements with the repair shop B&C Towing towed it too! I don't recommed this towing company. Pros: Quick Service. Cons: Unable to follow directions. more
