On September 23, 2014, I purchased my daughter a 2008 Toyota Scion tc hatchback, that she absolutely loves! The best part about my experience was my sales guy, John Duffy. He is a very genuinely nice guy, down to earth and a real people person. His customer service did not end after the ink dried on the sale. He has reached out to me after the fact to ensure that my needs continue to be met after the purchase of this car. Great Selection of cars and well educated sales associate on vehicles just waiting on the finance and approval took a while. I understand this is normal tho in the car buying process tho. more

Mark Mcclam sold me a 2013 grand Cherokee in the middle of January. It was perfect for what I was looking for, had all the right features and right in my price range. I wasn't able to puchase a vehicle from them but the salesman I worked with was really kind anyway. I thought it was really cool that they have solar panels and they have a tv in the showroom that shows how much energy they are producing. Way to go Westgate! We just purchased a 2013 jeep wrangler and this was the most pleasurable experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. The owner and the sales manager really showed that they wanted our business and were very appreciative of our purchase. The service department staff is very friendly as we added different wheels and tire to our jeep. This is a new owner and he will be very successful with great customer service like this.
