Excellent work on Difficult Jobs! 5/23/2011

I began my relationship with Westerville Automotive over a year ago when they did a full engine replacement on my 2004 Jaguar X-Type. I have to say that given the complexity of this replacement, they were extremely efficient and very cost effective in getting the job done.\r \r Since then, they have serviced my 2001 Passat as well as done break jobs on the Jaguar. Each and every time the work has been professional, quick and at a competitive cost with excellent results. more

Unfriendly service 10/24/2006

As a customer of many years, I have ended my relationship with Westerville Automotive. They have always been friendly and accommodating in the past. But a recent dispute over a coupon of all things led to rude treatment of me and indicates a complete lack of appreciation for my business, as well as the business of my friends and family members to whom I've recommended Westerville Automotive over the years. There are plenty of other auto repair shops around and I will be taking my business elsewhere. PROS: location CONS: money-grubbing character more

Great Service! 11/7/2005

Westerville automotive is a reputable service facility and I have gone to them many times for work. I have been pleased every time. The pricing is great and you can often find additional coupons to use. As a female, it is important to feel comfortable with your automotive repairmen, because you want to be able to feel that you can trust them and they arent trying to just get you to spend money unnecessarily!! more
