Western Hills Little League

My child has played at the Western Hills Little League Facility since he was in Kindergarten. He is now going into 6th Grade. It is a VERY friendly/family-oriented environment. Our family has made lifelong friends at the Western Hills Little League Facility and it has been a wonderful experience all the way around. WHLL is a smaller League that has made MANY improvements over the years with wonderful fields and a fabulous Annual All-Star Tournament. I have called this league two times now without any luck.They say that there is a two week wait for refunds and that you have to ask for a refund in advance of the season .I called a few days after I signed my child up for baseball,to ask for a refund.I was prompted by a voicemail to leave a message.At which point I did andwas never contacted.I then again have called a number listed on the internet as a contact phone number and was once again prompted to leave a message.I doubt I will hear back from them.So if you are looking for an honest trustworthy leaugue for your child I would suggest White Settlement .They answer their phone calls.Oh ,might I add they give refunds when necessary.For example the year before last I signed my son up for their flag football.They did not have enough players.Needless to say I did not have any difficulty getting my money back. Pros: people at the sign up very very nice when handed over my money Cons: you never hear from them again more
