West Wind Solano Drive-In

how much is the drive in? i heard it was seven per person but i do not remember. can someone help me? Pros: can be comfortable Cons: radio stinks more

I must say when we moved from San Francisco I thought we were never going to find a drive-in again. THis Drive in is the best. Me and my husbands first date was at the drive in that was 16 years ago so everytime we go to the drive in it has a very special meaning. I even went into labor at the drive-in watching water world no pun intended.. This drive in creates life long memories for the whole family, Let me ask you this don't you remember going to the drive in's with your family wearing your PJ's with your pillow and blaket and all the yummies your mom packet for you. I can remember it like it was yesterday. Give your kids the memories and take them to the drive-in. This one is the greatest. I give it 10 starts!!!!! Pros: Wear your pj's, bring your own yummy's, privacy dont have to hear other people talking or people trying to squeez past you. Cons: Car light's hitting your eyes, If you don;t have a great radio you out of luck. And having to go to the bathroom when it is freezing out side. more

I'd like to go see a movie if I could only find out whats playing, whats playing together and the show times? more

I just received an email annoucing that the Solano Drive-In is going to reopen on May 3rd, with a FREE showing of Shrek Two and Nacho Libre. Can't Wait! Starting on May 4th, they are going to have a Double Feature -- the BRAND NEW SPIDERMAN movie (Spiderman 3) and GHOST RIDER. I can't wait to go back to the Solano. This was a great place to see a movie under the stars. I hope my experience matches my memories! more

ATTENTION the theater is expected to re-open in may of 2007 =) bring the good times back I was born in the area and remember waiting for good weather to get better so the theater would open. Its been an extra long brake this time so enjoy it while there are still Pros: you can bring what you want.....your in your car Cons: if you dont have a Radio your out of luck more

This theatre hasn't operated as such in years - too bad, it would be nice to have a drive in nearby. more
