don't use them! I purchased a house that sits on 5 lots (.45 acre) but West Title only did a title search on 2 lots. needles to say I only got 2 lots in my name. so half my house, septic and well are not even in my name. if they were to do a title search like they are supposed to they would have caught that! they said there is nothing they can do. I cant refinance or sell my house due to a bad title! more

My clients close there regularly, especially with difficult closing, investment properties, probate properties and "normal" closings as well. It's a small personal office, not pretentious and the staff is very responsive to email and calls. I highly recommend West Title. I have conducted closings there since 2007. more

Very unprofessional 5/31/2016

We had a closing today on an investment property and it was not a positive experience. The Minnetonka location is difficult to find with no signage on the outside of the complex. When I finally got there the receptionist was nice and the gal who actually had sign the documents was very Kind and professional. But Robin was very rude and unprofessional. We have closed on many different properties and never have I encountered someone like this. I will never go to a closing here again. more
