Not happy at all 8/17/2010

I took my family there on a recommendation from a friend. They overcharged me, then sent me a statement in the mail that said I should come back and get the most out of my insurance, even though I wasn't scheduled for a checkup for another 3 months. When I went back, they took a bunch more x-rays that they originally said I wouldn't be charged for, then charged me for them, which led to a lot more unndeeded out of pocket expenses. more

Not Straightforward 7/28/2005

My husband and I came here for dental work and were very displeased. The dental work done didn't last, and their estimate on our out-of-pocket cost after insurance was WAY off. Over $1000 off which for a family just starting out is not good. We had to make monthly payments which they did arrange with us. I'd gone here as a child and watched as this place expanded. The office looks great now. Nice ambience in the waiting room. You can watch TV or listen to radio while you get your dental work done. Just be sure you know exactly what you will be paying before you have the work done. Plenty of parking now since the addition. more
