See the new photo added? I saw that at Rancho by the Lowes. I'm wondering...with what we pay for gas, how much of our charges go towards towing a speedboat with a West Coast Gas truck? I'm SURE there must be something GAS COMPANY RELATED they could be doing with that truck. If not, how much of our fees went into buying that $40,000 truck that is being used to tow a speedboat?? We don't have to look to Wall Street to see waste and abuse, do we? We just need to look around our own neighborhoods.
