1st issue: Dentist filled a cavity for my son. Lady at front counter said my son?s cavity was really deep so I should pay another XX dollars for the desensitizer. I declined. Dentist that did my sons filling said it was so small (just a surface filling) that she didn't even need to numb him. So the dentist totally contradicted the receptionist who was trying to up-sell or charge me for something I didn't need. more

I usually want a dentist who is very gentle and knows what he or she is doing. I love West Coast Dental because they have some of the best dentists in town, always gentle and extremely patient with me. I?m scared of going to the dentist, so I?m always searching for a better one. But I believe I?ve found the place for me. Two thumbs up for West Coast Dental. Recently, I had to go for a root canal. I was shocked to find out that my cavity was that bad and that I needed a root canal. But my dentist talked to me about my anxiety and said that he could use anxiety free dental treatments with nitrous oxide. I was so happy about that and my root canal didn?t hurt at all. The entire procedure went very smooth and I overcame my fear of the dentist. more

When you have no insurance, going to the doctor or dentist can be so expennsive. This is one of the reasons I like West Coast Dental in Riverside so much. My mom and I had not been to the dentist in years because we were both so afraid. Finally her tooth was in a lot of pain and I told her she had to go and I promised to go with her. Our insurance referred us to West Coast Dental. We really lucked out! Our dentist was so kind to us. He did great cleanings for both of us and a series of treatments to repair my mom's tooth.
