West Coast Batteries

Never received our battery. Cannot get them to do anything. Can't even get the credit card company to do anything as the battery was in the hands of a third party (Fed Ex). Fed Ex won't do anything unless West Coast Batteries signs a waiver that they have no claim, but we cannot get anyone to deal with us at West Coast. This company has zero customer service and won't stand behind what they do. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. more

West Coast Batteries has my money but where is my battery? Apparently, they shipped a battery to my front porch but did not require signature. The long and short of it is that I don't have my battery but they have my money and I am playing hell getting them to re-ship. They have a very poor attitude in regard to customer service. When I called them I had to talk to a supervisor. He wanted me to make a claim with FedEx. Why? I?m not the shipper. I did it anyway. FedEx doesn?t know where it is. After I reported back to West Coast they told me they were doing an investigation with FedEx ? What!!?? I have had it. I guess I will have to go through the additional hell of challenging the sale with my credit card company. Never had this kind of problem with any other company I have ordered from. Won't use them again (obviously). more
