My husband is on the Picardy Board, so we get all the calls, good & bad. I have gotten so many wonderful comments about Chris Sasse. We have several elderly widows living here and they feel very comfortable with Chris coming into their homes for repairs. I also feel Chris does a great job keeping my furnaces in tip top shape. I always recommend Chris to my fellow neighbors. He is always willing to go the extra mile to keep everyone at Picardy happy about using Welsch H&C. more

Yearly Furnance Check-up 10/3/2016

Welsh guys always arrive within the stated time window and today was no exception. Brian C. did the check, explained everything he was doing and why. He even gave me a couple hints on using the furnace fan along with the humidifier. more

Great Service & Always on Time!!!! 9/10/2016

We have used Welsch for 10+ years. Great service from the start to finish every time! Summer 2016 called in after hours they were here in less than 13 hours to service and resolve the issue. Will continue to use them. Brian C and all the techs take the time to explain the issue and make current and future recommendations for planning. more

Service call on a VERY HOT day! 6/15/2016

Nick got right down to business and discovered the problem. He was courteous and professional. Pinpointed the issue, ordered the parts, and Welsh will be back this afternoon to make the fix! Can't ask for better service than that! more

Service Call 5/27/2016

Company provided a 2 for 1 deal that covered a Fall & Summer general service call. Excellent deal/rebate and will purchase again for $190! The Technician was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. He checked inside and out, cleaned and replaced the filter. more

Welsch Heating and Cooling 5/16/2016

Welsch has been maintaining our HVAC system for the last 10+years. For nearly that entire relationship, Brian C has been to our home for Spring/Fall Maintenance, as well as any needed repairs. It says a lot about Welsch that their staff is experienced, knowledgeable and loyal. Brian C is always timely, professional and considerate. He shares his findings and makes suggestions, which have always proven to be spot on. He is a pleasure to have in our home and seems to always bring a smile and positive attitude to his clients. more

Spring HVAC System Preventative Maintenance 3/25/2016

Steve W. arrived on time. He cleaned out the air filters and showed me how dirty they were. He checked the outdoor AC units and cleaned them out. Said there was a lot of pine needles in them. One of the AC units was slightly low on freon and he suggested we keep an eye on that in the future. Steve was very engaging and pleasant and explained everything he did. I have used Welsh Heating & Cooling for many years and would highly recommend them. more
