Public Transportation: WOW! Wells on Wheels! provides affordable, public transportation throughout Wells County, Indiana, for everyone regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin or ancestry. It could be to places of employment, childcare, trips to the doctor's office or hospital, shopping trips or to local events, etc.
Senior Citizens can ride within Wells County for a donation only. All clients are subject to fares for out of county trips. Fares do apply to persons under age 60. Within Bluffto n city limits the fare is $2.00 and $5.00 for trips within Wells County. $20.00 for trips outside of Wells County and up to 30 miles from Bluffton. $50.00 for trips 31 to 50 miles from Bluffton. A child under the age of 12 and accompanied by an adult, the fee is $1.00 per child. Children under age 12 and traveling alone will be charged regular WOW! Fares.. In-Home Services including:

In-Home services can be arranged through the receptionist. Contact the office at 824-1070 and ask the receptionist about In-Home Services
Homemaker assistance is usually performed every other week and ordinarily for two hours each visit. Light housekeeping chores are accomplished such as vacuuming,dusting,changing bed linens,etc
Fees are not charged for In-Home Services,however,donations are appreciated.
The agency also provides a vast Information and Assistance program. Seasonal Free Income Tax assistance and a variety of other services. Please contact the office for additional information.
