Bait and switch approach to merchandize return policy. I bought some earrings for my wife. Before purchase I explicitly asked sales woman if I could return for a refund if my wife didn't like them. I was told, (twice) that I could return the item for refund or store credit. When I tried to return them, the owner refused to give me refund. She cited a ""no refund"" notice on the wall (hidden behind merchandise) as well as a notice on the sales receipt. Of course you don't get the sales receipt until AFTER you make the purchase.
Bad business practice = bad business. Shop somewhere else.
