The Intense Care Unit is exceptional...with patient care and competency at an extremely high level. I had read some of the reviews and had some concerns before my surgery in November. I discussed my concerns about Weiss with my doctor and decided to go ahead. I am so glad I did! The ICU staff was both professional and caring, turning a very difficult situation into a positive experience. Everyone was responsive and responsible and my family and I know that I received the best possible care. My experience with the staff during on-going chemotherapy is just as wonderful. Lovely Help 9/20/2011

My sister had out patient surger yesterday. Once we were in the back for her to be prepped we had a great experience. Nurse Aurora Galicia and Volunteer Daniel Green were very helpful and wonderful in attitude. If Nurse Galicia step away to get something and we needed assistantance Daniel Green stepped right in to help. I really want to thank the out patient staff for making sure my sister had a terrific surgery and today she is moving around wonderfully!!! Thanks tto all. more
