The salesman was extremely helpful in picking my flooring and was honest about it. He can out right away to do the estimate and it was fair. The installers were very professional and quick. They all did a great job and I will use them again when I go to put new carpet in and change my kitchen floor. I highly recommend them! more

Bob Stein was very helpful with carpet and linoleum suggestions. The installers, George and his nephew, did a very accurate and careful job, matching the linoleum seams perfectly, and tucking the carpet around tight corners. On his own time, George bought a floor drain cover, and installed it for us. All 3 men were pleasant and cheerful, and we enjoyed having them in our home. more

We recently had our flooring replaced in our home. It was a nice treat after raising 4 daughters and the wear and tear traffic of 6 people and 2 dogs in the family. You definitely have very professional, personable work ethic employees. First starting with Bob Stine, our salesman. He took the time to show us the different products your company offers and all the trimmings that goes with the flooring such as; removal of old, moving furniture, and replacing shoe boot. He not only advises us on the different type of flooring, he came to measure and suggested different patterns that might make our home better. Next came the big day for replacement, you send two very nice gentlemen, Troy and Chad. They were very thoughtful, very thorough and very professional. We were impressed by how they respected our furniture and home. You could not even tell they were in the home afterwards except for the new flooring. They did a terrific job cleaning up after themselves. This was not the first time your company laid flooring for us. We were so impress by the last 2 times, we had to go with your company again. My experience with Weckers Flooring Center was excellent. They re-carpeted my living room and hallway and did a wonderful job. They were helpful, not only with the selection, but with moving the furniture in order to do the installation and moving it all back once it was completed. more

We've lived here for over 30 years, and have only used Weckers Flooring Center for our house over those years. Actually, it's my parents house, and they used Weckers too! We were very, very pleased with our recent experience with them. Most recently, we worked with the salesman Cody K. and he was awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable and excellent to work with. He explained everything and showed us many different things. The carpet I liked wasn't going to be in until April, which wouldn't work because I already had our old carpet torn up. Cody was more than willing to work with us. He went through everything to find us something similar to what we wanted. He found a great replacement for us, from the same company but with a different pattern. This company is willing to please! Vicki & Dave more

we recently purchased new flooring for our kitchen & living room from your store. our sales person was cody. from the first ime i walked into the store i was treated with the utmost courtesy. i was very unsure of what i wanted & where i wanted it. cody walked me thru many possibilities, offering his opinion & his knowledge of the products available to me. i took many samples from the store and changed my mind often. he took the time to listen to me and hear what i was saying. because of this i feel i purchased the best flooring for our home. i appreciated his sense of humor while remaining respectful and representing your company in a very professional manor.\r \r The installation people were also very profession . they were prompt & respectful of our home while moving large furniture, replacing them & doing their job. they were verycourteous when answering questions & explaining what they were doing. installing the tile on a diagonal was certainly a more challening installation. but james & trista did a beautiful job.\r \r The entire process was an education experience. these three people made our experience with your company a pleasant one. we love your new floors.\r \r \r sincerely,\r maggi more

We had Wecker's install laminate in our dining room. At the store my wife and I were impressed with all the kinds of laminate they had. We were able to find a nice look for a pretty good price. Jen was our salesperson and my wife and I found her very helpful, especially in selecting an area rug that would go great with the laminate we picked out. We especially liked that Wecker's had their own guys do the installation work. We didn't want to have to spend extra time calling outside installers to get it done. They did a very precise job and worked in our home very respectfully. We would absolutely recommend Wecker's because their people were easy to work with, it didn't take up a lot of time and after comparing pricing at two other stores, they had the best price for the type of laminate / installation - even the price on the rug was very good. more

Had laminate flooring installed in my hallway and living room. One of the two workers knocked an Emmy award off a 7 foot high shelf, destroying it, along with 2 frames prints and another antique. The owner has never once called to express his concern, having a sales person call instead. The installers did a poor job installing my floor as well. If I step on a section, in the living room, a lamp on my end table shakes, with the entire end table. They brought the wrong molding pieces and, rather than getting the proper pieces, they installed the wrong ones, hoping I wouldn't notice. Very disgusted with this company. more
