Excellent customer service. Daniel went above and beyond;he went into the crawl space and installed a new filter for me. He also explained the options to deal with allergies and did not press one option over another. i could have taken no action but based on his presentation .- low key - I decided to address the allergy issue. Very knowledgeable and personable. more

Daniel is friendly, professional and does a great job! He serviced my air conditioner today and called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He explains everything and asks if I have any questions. He's easy to talk to and has excellent customer service. I would recommend him for any HVAC concerns or problems. more

Weather Master Service is Excellent 5/31/2016

We have a service contract and the staff called to scheduled and reminded me (which is so very helpful) Daniel F showed up on time and was very professional. He explained some concerns along with photographs to help explain the issues and offered several solutions. He was then able to correct the issues without rescheduling because parts were available in his truck/van. Truly appreciated the quick quotes and turnaround. Daniel is a gem. more

I have a maintenance plan with this business and every time they come out, the service is superb. Twice now we've had Daniel F come out and he just couldn't be nicer or more courteous. Extremely knowledgeable and always happy to spend extra time fully explaining things so I understand completely the service he's done and what he recommends (if anything). Very happy with this company. more

Air Conditioning Tune Up 4/22/2016

Daniel came in and checked out our air conditioning to make sure we are prepared for the warmer summer weather. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. In fact, we had him install two nest thermostats while he was here. more

Have used Hurley as my WeatherMaster service rep for several years now. Hurley was recommended by Tom, who move up to a new position at WeatherMaster. Hurley has been terrific to work with. He's polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in maintaining my HVAC systems. One thing I very much respect about Hurley is that in recommending upgrades to my system he is thoughtful about balancing the sales of upgrades based on the critical needs of my HVAC system. Today I agreed to install a downstream UV upgrade: and that is because Hurley to the time to show me why this would improve my household air quality and help me save a few dollars along the way. Have been with WeatherMaster for nearly 20 years now and one of the reasons is the quality of service that they provide. Hurley has been just another example of that. more
