We Property Management

Please research Adel and his company.. My Brother is a PI and he has found 4 different names for this guy. He moves every 2 to 3 years... He uses phone numbers that belong to other people. yes... try and get a store reciept or any invoice for work done on your property. What kind of a company does not have a line to call the office nad talk to a person. I guess I was wrong when i bleived they had " just moved to this office last week" line from him. I went back to the office about 8 months later, and there was nothing there.. looked even less occupied then my earlier visit. To the folks who think he is great.... try getting your renters deposits back... it's been over 6 months and i can not get a hold of him and my renters money is still???? the address above is not the same one i went to..but the is the same as well as Adel's number. He changes everything to do with the company every year... PLEASE research this company fully.. if i would have seen any bad reviews i would not have used them.. more

We Property Management Review… In my opinion, I think they write their own reviews. Pls. keep reading…What a big mistake! If I would have known, I wouldn't have TRUSTED my properties and tenants security deposits to a company that you don’t really have a way to contact them, unless they want to. I found out after I signed the contract that this is a 1 person company. You only have 1 phone # as a contact information; this is Adel the Manager, his cell ph 360 907-2888. This company does NOT have a landline phone! They do NOT have a “real office”, the address that is listed in Chkalov Dr. is what they call a virtual office, they basically rent the address number, they get mail delivered and they can have a small room for conferences by appointment only, that’s it; NO office! (Feel free to check for yourself). In my experience, this Company has performed very poorly. -They don’t provide a checklist or the paper where it says the condition of the property prior to tenants moving in. He said we’ll do it at a different time, never happened. -Manager rude at times (I don’t even have his last name, just a scribble in the contract) -They do not provide store receipts from the parts that they bought for repairs (He will issue an invoice). -Monthly Reports very late (if you are lucky to get one) I would not recommend this Company to anyone! Next time I will hire a Professional Established Company with a real office location. We Property Management have not performed in a professional way and this fly risk situation makes me very uneasy. My advice would be to Stay Away! more

My wife and I have been customers of We Property Management Company for well over two years and could not be happier. We let them do their work and never have to worry about our investments because we know it is in a safe hand.thanks to we property management!! more
