Wayne's the place to go in Grand Rapids MN 7/17/2017

Wayne's has been honest with the timeline/time-frame of immediate fixes to fixes that can be put-off, but they also will always call first to confirm the customer wants the fix that day. In addition in my experience Wayne's fixes it right the first time, so at times you may a little more, but you will not be making multiple trips back to the shop for the same issue. more

I first had an oil change there and was impressed with how comfortable it was to go there. I was treated very well and I knew I would go back. I have had a lot of problems with my car, mostly power steering pump but they have tried to find out why I still have have the problem and have done so much to try and fix it. I don't think there is any place that cares as much as they do. They are great!! I have many clients that go to Wayne's including a coworker and I would recommend them to any one that needs their car fixed. more

Feedback 4/22/2017

My experience with Wayne's has been positive. I appreciate how Wayne's does business and how they let me know what is going on with my vehicle and how much is will cost to repair it. I don't like getting surprises when I come to pick up my vehicle. Both Rick and Scott do a great job with the customers. Wayne's is one of the few places in town that I trust with my car. On the rare occation when they did not get the vehicle fixed they always made it right on their dime. I have recommended Wayne's to many people I have come into contact with over the past several years because they are honest and don't rip you off. Keep up the good work! Brad more
