The most unrealiable office ever. Stacy Singer who is in charge do the record office according to Angie who would tell me her last name. Has not returned one phone call in three weeks. My child was almost kicked out of school over two forms, I am really concerned for others, god forbid it was an actual emergency. Please find another office for your child's needs!\r more

Speaking honestly..... Dr. Mussary keeps me coming back to this office. The woman at the front desk is either too comfortable in her job or just crabby by nature. She is curt when answering and seems bothered if you ask questions. I have called the office to make appointments and at times she has appeared to be annoyed if you make her go beyond the normal appointment taking process. She seems to have her methods... when you sign in you cant say a word to her... she gives you the evil eye and tells you to sit down... she'll call you when she's ready. WTH?? (I've been coming here for quite awhile and I know who is who in the office. Im refraining from using her name) Because I liked Dr. Mussary so much I referred a mom from school to him as well. Without me saying a WORD.... she mentioned the same heavy lady from front desk lady. Hmmm, are we all crazy? In short... I love the Dr., the medical attention we receive is the most important part and it is stellar, the office is nice, many toys for kids to play with. Most of the staff is nice... just watch for the crabby lady at the front window. Sorry... but it's true. more

I am actually happy to write this review. I found Dr. Mussary after my child's other pediatrician closed his office. Not knowing what to expect I was a little apprehensive of this new practice. I am pleased to report that Dr. Mussary is a very thorough Dr. who definitely takes his time when he see's you. I love that he asks me if there are any questions or concerns as soon as he walks in instead of making me feel like I have to wait until the end of our visit. He makes small talk with my child and takes the time to explain (on a kid level) why certain things are important to address. He's a fantastic Doctor! more

Being a very particular person, myself, it's hard to find a family doctor that I'd allow to be partners with for my own health. So as far as my children are concerned... well, they have to meet an even HIGHER standard. \r \r The doctors' at Sawgrass Peds, Jordan Mussary, and Susan Shulman, the two which we usually see, are not only parents themselves (they say don't bring home into work, and work into home. in this case however it's very beneficial) They treat your child as if they were their very own. Our oldest daughter was ill with a flu strain, which was very bad, which lead to her hospitalization. They made sure she was very well taken care of. And when they themselves didn't make it to the hospital, Dr. Shulman,made it a point to call, just to check on her. EVERYDAY. \r \r When we were batteling ear infection after ear infection, w/our youngest daughter, Dr. Mussary, while in Disney with his own family, stopped his day to pick up the phone when I called with a concern. \r \r When ever you have to call for an appointment, question or a concern about anything, from Virgina (office) to Robin (nurse) they are truly heart felt comapsionite people who REALLY CARE!!!\r \r As parents we all know kids get sick of course when the offices are usually closed. Even though our regular dr's aren't always there, I have to tell you each and every other dr in the pratice treats ALL of the children with concern and compasion, as if they were thier own!!\r \r Sawgrass Ped's one of the ONLY dr's I know that are available to see your child till 8p.m, and Saturday and Sunday. (which we have utilzed our selves).\r \r So, if your children are your #1 priority, make sure you choose the #1 peditrican to partner up with for your child's health and well being. I am a big fan of this practice. I love all the doctors but I am most fond of Dr. Mussary. He is so GREAT with the kids. My daughters have been going to him now for years and the Boca Office is clean and bright and so much fun for the kids while you wait. Pros: Ambience, Parking, Service, Care more
