Waterfront At Puuloa

This is a comment about Melissa Martinez, she is awesome! Very professional and very patient. We ultimately made our decision to call The Waterfront our home because of the great customer service she gave. Thank you so much for helping my wife & I each time we needed to see all the different floor plans, the back and forth taking measurements, answering all our questions. It made it very easy to call The Waterfront at Puuloa our new home but it was hard for us deciding which floor plan to choose because each of garden style units and the town home unit Melissa showed us was renovated so beautifully with the light or dark laminate wood floors, new white or oak cabinets, new beige or dark grey durable countertops with energy efficient ceiling fans throughout the garden style units and central air in the town homes. What is also great for us is , there's so much to do here, our children love the beach. When we came to our appointment at the leasing office, they had outside activities for the children with bouncy houses and food trucks. I am looking forward to the farmers market every Wednesday and taking my dog to the nearby dog park. There is a an elementary school, gym, lagoon, walking trail, playgrounds, soccer, basket ball court and tennis court all within the community and a Shoppette with gas lanes for us military residents. I am so excited to call this home nothing beats feeling secure with security at the entrance, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the homes are. The model homes are amazing, seeing them fully furnished gives you insight on how to place furniture and confirms just how spacious the homes really are. I'm so glad that I have this beautiful beach in walking distance, there are many huge charcoal grills with seating areas and covered pavilion around the beach and covered seating on the beach. The grass is manicured throughout the community. I had great experiences each time I went to the leasing office, the staff is very attentive and courteous and made us feel appreciated. I want to especially thank Melissa Martinez again for demonstrating positive energy each time, we are very impressed by her professionalism. Our house hunting have been extensive and through it all, this is the one and only place that have all the amenities and terrific customer service and we feel really good about calling the waterfront at Puuloa our new home. more

We absolutely love love Waterfront at Pu'uloa. We live in one of the houses right on the beach and feel we live in paradise every time I look out my windows. Maintenance is always on the ball and take extremely good care of us. Jason is always so polite and has high standards foe his.maintenance crew. Go see Kathy Mara. We have lived here for several years and love it. We have green space, walkways, a nice beach, several activities, and maintenance will work well with you. They have a good staff and after living in other areas, this fits us the best. more

I love to come home to The Waterfront. We have been here for almost 2 years it is great. Rachel at the residents office is so helpful with information with regards to our neighborhood. When I call maintenance they are always on time to fix anything that needs to be done. The activities that are presented on the lawn makes me go back to my kid days and enjoy. This is a wonderful place to live. more

We have lived at the Waterfront for several years and have enjoyed the neighborhood and the wondeful people in the community. The homes are older; however, the maintenance department quickly responds to any concerns raised. Simply give Evalani Exler a call at the maintenace department and she will make sure the problem is fixed. She's great to work with. Most of the folks you will deal with at the Waterfront are courteous and professional. more

I have been living here for the past 3 years and every time I call for maintenance, Evalani usually answers and recognizes my voice as soon as I say hello. It's a good feeling when she assures you that the problem will be fixed and then calls back to check if you are satisfied.The maintenance staff is very professional and friendly. Thank you all. more

The professionalism of the staff at the Waterfront at Pu'uloa have been great. I especially would like to say that Basco (sorry not sure of his last name) showed true professionalism and patience. He recently was dispatched to my home to check on my dishwasher that hasn't been draining properly, he not only worked on the dishwasher, but answered the questions of 2 very inquisitive 4 year old boys. Basco was I think as entertained by their questions as they were intrigued by the ""fix-it-man"", he made their day by finding 2 long lost items (a toy drumstick and a nerf bullet) for which they have been ever so grateful. Thank you for employing such wonderful people in your maintenance department, they have truly made living here that much more enjoyable.\r \r Aloha more

I lived at the Waterfront for over a year. The best part of living here is the surroundings and proximity to a beautiful beach that was just upgraded to make it look even more beautiful. The staff at Puuloa are amazing and strive to make your living here enjoyable and worth it. Fantastic! more

I love the waterfront at Pu'uloa because everything is conviently close. They have an elementary school, package store, and gym on property. Not to mention the beach is also within walking distance. Did you know that they also have a canoe club? The housing and maintannce offices are on property Which makes it convient to pay your rent or address any maintenance issues. Evalani Exner in maintenance is especially exceptional in dealing with your maintenance needs! She is very helpful and always ensures quality service!! We love Evalani! more

We have lived here since August and been happy with the atmosphere. I have had no issues with maintenance. They have always shown up with a smile and in a timly manor. I have mainly dealt with Evalani Exner. She always listens to my concerns and makes sure things get taken care of! more

My family has lived at the Waterfront at Pu'uloa for close to 5 years. During this time we have gotten to know and respect the maintenance manager Evalani. She is very kind, generous, and goes way out of her way to help us feel at home here. She knows and does her job very well. She is definitely a high light in this community. We appreciate her and are thankful to have her as our maintenance manager. :-) more

We have enjoyed everything about this community. From the beaches to the family events and the gym. Where we moved from was very unpleasant and the kids could never play outside. Here they have friends everywhere & are always outside.\r I do have to say the staff is friendly and very helpful. When calling maintenance for any issues Eyvonne was on it! She new how to help, was friendly and just all around good person & new her business. Thank you for all you do.\r \r The only negative comment I have to include is within the past year our electric has increased dramatically!!! We were all aware of the rate increase, however I could have never imagine the damage to our pockets it has done! So beware, moving here no matter how frugal you are, you'll still have an outreageous bill. more

We have lived here for almost two years now and have really enjoyed it. This community is very family friendly and it also has many amenities to offer such as a gym, nex and of course a beach. We've had great experiences with the maintenance department as well. Whenever we need something fixed I call Eyvonne at the maintenance office and she makes sure someone comes right out and the work is done properly and in a timely manner. Every time I call or stop by she is very friendly and you can tell she actually cares about making the residents happy. more
