I want to start off by saying that I have been going to this Waterbeds for years and have always enjoyed the store and the various products they sell. The problem I have is the people who work in the store. Specifically the brunette girl with glasses (one of the few women I can ever recall working there). She's always so stuck up and rude. If you go into the store and see her, don't even bother asking her for any assistance. If you ask for help (even when this b*tch is standing behind the counter)- she'll do things like laugh at you or make fun of your purchase, roll her eyes when addressing you, completely ignore you, etc. Honestly, this little c*nt was so rude, that obviously I feel compelled to write an ENTIRE review about her. She's completely ruined more than one shopping experience at what was formerly a favorite place to shop. Because of her, Waterbeds has completely lost my business. I will not be back until this broad is fired. I will also be advising my other friends (who frequent the store regularly) not to go back either. I'm amazed that management has not fired this girl. Clearly, she always has somewhere better to be than at work. Go back to grad school, sweetheart. You're ruining my local Waterbeds. Thanks b*tch. more

When I visited the Water Beds and Stuff yesterday the Manager named ""Steve"" was excessively rude to me, followed me around the store and harassed me, I asked him to ""stop following me I'm walking away"" and he told me to Leave his store.\r \r I was in the store with my friend who is black, and the instant we entered ""Steve's"" establishment he started following us and watching us like a hawk, even though there were other customers, white ones of course.\r \r Steve walked over to me when I was replying to a text from my friend and told me that ""We prefer it if you do not use those in this store."" \r I asked him why there was no sign posted if this was a rule but I would be more than happy to not use my cell phone. \r \r He told me they didn't feel a need for a sign that they just told people when they had a problem with them.\r So I asked him if he had a problem with me and if that was why he was following me around and continuing to have this conversation with me after I had asked him to leave me alone.\r \r That was the point where he asked me to leave his store.\r \r Steve had no reason to kick me out of his store, he only wanted me gone because I was with my black friend. He never let us out of his sight even though again the store was not empty by any means.\r \r \r Pros: Nice Store, well laid out design, looks easy to navigate. I went to buy some incense for my brothers birthday. I had my nine year old daughter with me so she could pick something for her uncle. When I asked for the price of the big package of incense the man behind the counter said ""She asked how much is the big one"" and he and another man behind the counter procedeeded to make comments about me (some audibly, some not) before retreating to a back room. Before he was gone the first man made some comment about leaving my daughter alone with them and made fun of the items she was looking at directly to her.
