I called to cancel service with this company since we got a quote for almost half price. They lied to us and told us we were in a 3 year auto-renewal contract. (This IS part of their contracts, but we crossed it out before signing). Even after they pulled the original contract, and admitted we were not in a contract with them, they practicly refused to pick up their dumpster. I had to go through 3 customer service reps and a call back when someone told me that I needed to send in a certified letter to cancel service. I finally threatened to have their dumpster towed and send them the bill when they admited an email would do. They are picking up their dumpster tomorrow. Not to mention, they are one of the most expensive companies in the state. STAY AWAY!
