In a word...Terrible. I called and had somebody come out to give me a quote on some work in June. I told them we would circle back after vacation and discussed with my wife. Called them back in August to have them come and do the work quoted. I was told Derek would call me to schedule a date. A week and a half went by with no contact. I called again and was told that Derek would call me when he finally strolled into the office that day. No call. I called again a week later (today) and the lady who answered the phone said that Derek would call me back before the end of business today. I told her I was a bit irritated and if I didn't hear back today, she could take that quote, crumple it up, and throw it in the trash. Needless to say, once again, no call. Business must be really good or this is a poorly run organization. I'm going to go with the latter. I will be giving my money to someone else. more

Same situation....he came out, I let him know what I wanted (very small cleanup job) I got a quote and setup a date...they never showed up, and when I called they said they didn't have me on the schedule and would talk to the guy that came out. Pros: null Cons: null more

I used Warwick Tree Service last Spring with no problems...Derek was great and the work was done quickly! They came out a month ago to give me a quote on 2 trees to be removed and a month later, the trees are still there. The whole reason I need this done before the winter is because I bought a flag pole to put in place of one of the trees. I told him this upon getting the quote and he said nothing about making me wait a month. I called 3 weeks later asking for a timeline and was told that Derek would call back....5 days later, still no call. I finally hired someone else who gave me a CHEAPER quote and a date that they would be there on the spot!! I wish I could list their name but it's another big company in RI. I feel that because the job was a small job I was brushed off and instead of being professional and telling me he wasn't interested in the job, he wasted my time and made me wait around for his call. Little did he know in the spring I need to have about 20 trees taken down so he just threw away a job worth over $2,000.00. Don't waste your time with this company if you're just looking to have a few little things done...they don't value your time or your business!! Pros: null Cons: null more

How can you go with a company that doesn't even call you back. I guess that their business is doin so good that he can afford to be choosy. Pros: None Cons: Doesn't return calls more
