Unprofessional and not a bit helpful. Only when it comes to the bill. They know how to charge and collect money. Otherwise they know nothing about the funeral business. more

Excellent service 10/23/2008

Our family worked with Paul Noell at Waltons on W. Second Street in Reno. Walton's is very reasonable and everything was explained to us by Paul. He was empathetic and very patient with us. He was not pushy or agressive when we were selecting a ""package"" of services for my daughter. Paul was quiet and patient and we found him to be very easy to work with. I would recommend him and the Walton's Mortuary to anyone to finds themself in this situation. Pros: reasonable, lovely services more
