Walter's is outstanding. 4/13/2011

Walter's is outstanding. Excellent customer service. We purchased a used Audi from another dealership, and had several problems with it. Walter's service deparment took care of the repairs, and help us with many other aspects of our Audi. I would highly recommend Walter's of Riverside to anyone looking for an Audi or Porshe. more

I just want to comment on how extremely happy I am to work with Mario Torres when I need service on my car. I have never been as happy with a service advisor before. Please give him a raise, but don't take him away! more

We were clear in our intent to purchase our off-lease vehicle, rather than replace it with a new one. Walter's respect for our intent was exemplary, and very much appreciated. They didn't even try to pitch a new vehicle. Also exemplary, and quite a departure from the team where that lease end vehicle was intially put in service. more

The experience was a great one; kevin was knowledgeable and was not your normal pushy salesman but made every effort to answer every question and make himself available in person and by phone. He got us a great deal and would recommend this dealership to anyone; thank you for the experience im sure we'll enjoy the car and the great service im sure we will get thank you again clay and carole more
