NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE! I really am not able to express how angry I am at these idiots. I went in for a regular old car wash. After an HOUR they were done and I got in my car and noticed the hood was filthy. I got the manager and he said ""Oh, it's stained."" Well, it wasn't ""stained"" when I came in."" At my insistence he put it through the line again and when I was checking it over the second time, that's when I noticed the broken mirror on the passenger door and the dent in the roof of the car. I'm assuming they knew they screwed it up and maybe that's why it took so long. I don't know. All I know is the manager said it wasn't his problem. How I wish I had looked at Yelp. My thirty dollar car wash is going to cost me three hundred bucks now. more

Please don't make the mistake that I made and accidentally leave valuable personal belongings in your car because you are in jeopardy of it being borrowed. long story short, when I was summoned to get my car i noticed my bluetooth was missing, keep in mind the manager ""Joe"" drove my car from the washer aparatus's over to the detailing area"", so, after going through the car looking for my bluetooth, I asked for the manager, he comes over goes through my car did not find the bluetooth, He proceeds to ask me for my name and number and he will have the owner call me. As I was getting in my car, I glanced on the floor and noticed my bluetooth that was placed openly by no one but the manager Joe. Needless to say I called several time for Aaron the owner still waiting for a call back. I have frequent Walnut Carwash off and on for over 30yrs when Leroy was employed as thwe manager, will not go back. more

Please don't make the mistake that I made and accidentally leave valuable personal belongings in the arm rest or any other place in your car because you are in jeopardy of a theft from this car wash. There is absolutely no reason for any employee to open the arm rest of your car unless they are looking for valuables to steal and that was the case here. \r \r When I reported the theft neither the manager or the owner cared about the $200.00 theft. \r \r This car wash was already only mediocre at best in service and cleanliness, but now they are mediocre and employ thieves and do not seem to care.\r \r I will never go to this car wash again, Please BEWARE of this car wash.\r more

I had my 4 runner washed and was given a slip which said $11.99. When I went to pay, the cashier who was busy talking on the phone charged me $13.99. When i interrupted her phone call she said the price was 13.99. She ""hollered"" at someone supposedly the manager who had previously quoted me a price on detailing. He said SUV's were $2.00 more. I was not aware that they had raised their price on this automobile. The 4-Runner is not a huge SUV and is washed as easily as my sedan. The point is not the cost but the rudeness of the employees. i wish I could contact the owner who i know would no approve of his rude telephon Chatty Cathy . When the manage is of no assistance there is no recourse. I also was quoted $175 for detailing my sedan. I was going to have both cars detailed so their cashier cost them a bit of money. These guys are hard workers, but beware if you have a car seat. They changed my infant seat around while vaccuuming so it was unusable. When I complained they took no responsibility and were very rude. I called the police and they came and re installed it for me. I won't go back, I lost a couple of hours wanting for the police to come and put my child's safety in jeopardy. Most of the workers are from Soviet Armenia and have the same work ethic and customer service you see in post-communist countries. Pros: They do a good job cleaning the car Cons: staff can be rude and irresonsponsible if you have a problem, old Soviet work ethic still exits more

This place is the worst car wash ever. I work down the road from this wash, so I thought I pop in and out during my lunch. Not a good idea. After waiting over an hour, I got my car back and there was still dirt (outside) and dust (inside) on the car. When I pointed this out, they refused to do anything about it. I then spoke with the manager, who was even more unhelpful, and he would not correct the problem either. The ugliest car wash i ever had, first of all the manager tries to scare you and get more money out of you, the car is not at all clean and the workers there demand for more tips. Overall the worst experience. Please beware. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

i decided to give this place a chance and made a huge mistake!! I waited almost 30minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. I WAITED ABOUT 45 MINUTES for my car to get cleaned (or so i thought) has i pulled away i realized my rearview mirror was covered in smudgy fingerprints, my middle console looked worse then when i brought it in and this place obviously has never heard of a vaccuum!!! i had to stop at a gas station and pay another $1 to vaccuum it MYSELF!!! Then i got home and realized the hood of my car looked like it just went through a sprinkler!! when i called to complain the horrible service continued, he blamed it all on me and said that i should be regularly vaccuuming my car anywways and that i should drive all the way back for him to inspect my car, but he doubts anything was their fault, followed by him hanging up on me. I cant believe they are a functioning busines, i would never give that place another $1 and advise that everyone stay has far away from that place as possible!!!!!! Terrible service. The interior was hardly done, dust was left everywhere, there was a scratch on the digital AC display that they refused to address, the wheels were barely touched. When I pointed out the shortcomings to management they hardly addressed them, would not give me the owner's contact information. The manager said that those scratches must have been there before - mind you, this is on a brand new truck. Brand NEW!!\r \r The worst part is, I came to this website to get feedback on the place, saw a couple of bad reviews, but decided to go anyway thinking that it was just a few disgruntled customers. Was I ever wrong. ***AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE***!!!!\r Absolutely no customer service, and even less car washing service!!!\r \r Terrible!!! I would rather wash the car myself than to take it back here - which is exactly what I will do from now on. more

Unfortunately the manager is a liar and does not make good on his word. After waiting two hours for a detailing job- I discovered it was not done. So I had to wait another 2 hours for them to even complete the initial task-to make good -the manager promised a voucher valuing $159.00. He promised me the works for my next job. Upon my return two hours later he handed me a $15.00 car wash coupon. HAHAHA!!!!!! Cons: multitude more

Every time I get home I realize there is still sap on my car, the middle console is never clean and there's still lint and stuff between the seat and the middle console. Although I don't go frequently, I'm not sure why I still go there. Bad service is definitely overriding convenience. Pros: close to home, not too expensive Cons: not fully clean car more

I've given this place enough chances to get it right and they never do. They've left wet rags on the floor of the car, oil smudges from their hands on the exterior, dust on the dashboard, etc... Don't waste your time and money. more

I used to like this carwash before but the guys who are drying the cars are not doing a good job. They put the wet basket on the chair and didn't even bother to think that it would ruin the seat. They don't deserve a tip I can do a better job drying my own car! I would recommend going to Lucky Car Wash the guys are much nicer and they won't leave any spot. more
