I arrived on time for a morning appointment and was left waiting with paper work and their unanswered phone ringing off the hook while some of the vision staff went shopping in the store. When they finally returned to tell me my appointment needed to be changed or wait longer because of an ""emergency"" I opted to leave. Does Walmart really handle vision emergencies? While I was there a lady had to wait a long time to pick up contacts for her son's Christmas.They had to search in the main store for keys to open the cabinet for the contacts...probably dropped the keys while shopping.
