Walgreens don't pay attention to the patient's allergy list when filling medications. They gave me a prescription that the leaflet that was included in it said to not take it if you are allergic to certain drugs - same drug that was on their alert list for me. I called them and they said that regardless of what the leaflet said they had never heard of a cross allergic reaction occuring. Sounds like a way of excusing their mistake. Of course I was stuck with paying for meds I couldn't take. They also take forever to fill meds - way too slow! more

Worst pharmacy!!!! Horrible service!!!!!! 10/11/2010

I went in for my wife's prenatals and when I came home, the bottle's safety seal was missing, there were missing pills and it had no cotton in it!!! I went back to get an unopened bottle with the right pill count in it and the pharmacist refused to give me a new bottle and was extremely rude! She accused me of tampering with the bottle....like I have nothing better to do than to mess around with prenatal vitamins!!! I requested the districts managers phone number and her name and she refused to give me the information to make a formal complaint!!!!!! I will be contacting corporate personnel first thing in the morning!!!? more

waited FOREVER to get a rx filled 10/3/2009

You will wait quite a while if you need an rx. This is the worst when you do not feel good. It took them over 45 minutes to fill just one of my meds...ridiculous Cons: they are not fast at filling a rx more
