I had a tooth extraction late afternoon, i went to this branch on my way home to get just a tylenol #3 for pain and the anesthesia is wearing off already by the time i reached the store. They asked me to wait for 20 to 25 mins, w/c i did. I came back after 30 mins, the meds is not ready yet. They told me to wait for another 5 mins. I waited for another 10 to 15 mins! At this time i am really feeling the pain, i dont mind waiting and deal w/ the pain but the attitudes of the staff makes it worst. I was nearly yelled by the assistant when i asked him if its ready yet trying to explain i am having really bad pain now, he didnt even let me finished my sentence and told me "thats why im asking your last name" , his tone sound irritated. I saw some customers making faces of disapproval who heard him. This is my very first time to buy a prescribed pills, i dont take any drugs at all and this really bad feeling i encountered with them makes me feel like not going back to that store ever! I told to one of the store staff on my way out they have a very snobby & crappy people in the pharmacy section and she feels sorry and she offered she can asked the manager to see me but the pain was bad i just want to go home safe!...i will never ever step into this branch again, i dont want to remember how i was treated. By the way i worked in healthcare and i know what customer service is all about, especially for sick people!
